EPRAP Information
The King County Eviction Prevention and Rental Assistance Program (EPRAP) assisted low-income families that were financially impacted by COVID-19 with rental assistance. The program provided payments for back rent and future rent for qualifying households.
Riverton Park United Methodist Church's participation in EPRAP spanned three different versions from September 2020 - May 2023. We have assisted approximately 2,900 households across King County and have processed approximately $27 million in rental assistance.
