The King County and United Way Eviction Prevention and Rental Assistance(EPRAP) Bridge Program supports King County renters with rental assistance. Riverton Park United Methodist Church is a participant agency in this program and only receives referrals directly from United Way.
Program Eligibility
How to Apply
Households wishing to apply must complete a Client Intake Form on the United Way of King County's Rent Help website. ONLY ONE INTAKE FORM PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED. Eligible households will be randomly selected on an ongoing basis based on funding availability and program capacity.
How Will I Know If I've Been Chosen?
If your household is selected to apply, you will receive an email invitation to the Connect Portal to get started with your application. A case manager from a participating agency will connect with you to complete your application and work with your landlord.
Funds Are Limited!
Please note that funding for this program is limited and rental assistance is not guaranteed. Completing the Client Intake Form does not guarantee you will receive rental assistance. All applications will be screened for eligibility and may be denied if program requirements are not met.
